‘White Whale’, is a sincere story of Ali and Vahap two little boys whose paths crossed in an Anatolian solitary village in 80’s Ali lost his sailor father years ago in a ship accident. He discovers one of the greatest work of World literature the passionate novel ‘Moby Dick’ by his mother. His mother was telling the story which impressed him a lot. Whether Captain Ahab’s chase of White Whale with an endless grudge and obstinacy in ocean,will be able to overcome his cruel enemy at the end of the novel?
After the sudden death of his mother this is the most curious question for Ali after painful days. He started living in a small village with his grandfather and only way to know the answer is to find the book. But this isn’t an easy task in an Anatolian village. Besides things get harder with Ali’s fall from a cliff and injure himself. However things get to change as Vahab, at least passionate and obstinate like Capitain Ahab, shares the same dreams like Ali Two giant hearts in such small worlds with dreams. Bigger than the whole world teach friendship and self sacriface to all people.
